Lemon Butter Cake

Ingredients: 1.5 cup self-raising flour, 1 cup brown sugar, half a bar of (SCX) butter, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 eggs, 50ml lemon juice and zest from 2 lemons.
**Modified to just bake enough for two persons.

Whisk everything together and bake at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes.
